FAQs
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?
We begin with an initial consult. This includes sitting down and discussing your project and an initial design and quote. Once a design and quote are finalized, and payment is complete, the project moves to production.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES?
It is perfectly acceptable, and encouraged, to make changes before production. After the initial design is produced and editing is required, you will have the opportunity to sign our consultation agreement and we collect our extra design fee of $250 to begin making those adjustments. Once you approve of the final design, we then modify the project to suit the design and produce a contract for all parties to sign. We encourage you to visit our Policies page (bottom of website) for details.
With projects over $2,000, we require a $800.00 non-refundable designing fee. Once the job is accepted, we will roll that amount paid into your project cost. If you choose to decline moving forward with the project, we will provide you with your design rendering, layout, and cut list for you to use at any manufacture.
HOW CUSTOM CAN I GO?
Pretty custom! We pride ourselves on designing pieces and cabinetry that suits your individual needs. During your consult, we will discuss all of the details of your project. We can customize size, finish, cabinet add-ons, and more! Prices will reflect appropriately.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY FURNITURE?
We would recommend that you to use a damp rag or whatever cleaner you typically use and dry the furniture completely. You want to make sure water does not sit on the wood for too long.
WHERE CAN I SEE SOME SAMPLES OF YOUR WORK?
We encourage you to stop by the Little Blue Cottage located at 502 Franklin St Oregon to see our show room! (COMING SOON!!!) We also do have a select few pieces at our shop, meetings can be made by appointment.
WILL THE FINISH ON MY FURNITURE BE ROUGH?
No. Your products will have a nice smooth finish. We do leave knots and imperfections in the wood, but they are sanded and finished properly.
DO YOU SHIP?
Yes! We ship all throughout the US and can accommodate LTL (Less Than Truck Load) freight, or standard box shipping. Rates are determined by the size, weight, and class of each piece.
